Funeral was yesterday. Quite different than our American customs but the result is the same. There is a final closing service 45 days after the funeral where the persons personal effects are burned. Not sure if we are coming home and coming back or staying.

Grandma is at rest and that has not been an option for her for a long time.

My wife is very touched by the kind wishes from so many places in the world and so many people she has never had the pleasure of meeting.

Thank you so much and I will be back on as time permits.

Thank you each for your good wishes.

I'm only back for a few days as we must return to Korea for the final ceremonies and legal matters.

This has been a very stressful time for me and I don't do stress well anymore so there are still matters up in the air.

Yes to those of you that asked if I am still interested in various cards I have asked about or deals we were working on. It will probably be awhile before I am able to actively work on the collection but I will be getting back to it.

NOTICE! If I owe you cards/money/whatever PLEASE drop me a PM! I want to make sure I fulfill any obligations that are outstanding.

Thanks

Ouch - that really sucks, Gary. >:-(

I've been following all the stuff going on over there, not realizing I actually knew someone who was stuck in the mess. Stay safe and hurry home - I don't like where things are headed on the Korean peninsula these days.

Take it easy,
