WTB: Portal Three Kingdoms English Complete Set and more

Post by Hide2000 » Tue Mar 15, 2011 8:50 pm

Hi all, I've been trying to complete 4 sets of P3K (one of each language) and I am 3/4 and missing an english set.

so I am looking for complete set Portal Three Kingdoms to finish my "globle" P3K.

I also need a playset of commons and uncommons (English only) for casual use. (minus all the big cards like Planning, Retainer and Recruiters)

Please help me out. I do have a fair amount of cards for trade. Please visit my post on MOTL.

Thank you for your time.

Hello, I can probably provide you with a full playset of all english commons in NM+ condition as well as at least 2 to 4 of each uncommon minus the big ones.

Let me know by PM if interested, and we can work something out.

I'd much rather sell than trade at this time though (unless you have any misprinted cards).

Thanks

You should update your link to your MOTL H/W list. Is this it?

http://www.magictraders.com/ubb/Forum3/HTML/083393.html

I have a number of English P3K cards on my MOTL list, though at this point it is mostly commons, with a few uncommons and rares. Let me know if you're interested in trading, or if you're looking just for complete sets of commons and uncommons (minus the big cards).

I have most of an English P3K C/UC set. Probably missing a few random cards now since I've been selling C/UC sets for years.

I have a complete English P3K set that I may be persuaded to sell... And I am in Canada :)

The set is MINT - straight from boosters to top loaders.

Send me a PM with what you would consider a fair offer.

Thanks

Oh yah... I should be able to put together those C and U playsets as well. I will look into it while I wait to hear from you.

FWIW, we've been buying NM English P3K sets at $1400 each over at SCG, so that might help you settle on a price with a seller.

Hi Ben when was the last set of P3K english you bought for $1400? Your site says you are OOS and you sell them for $2000? Just wondering if you are quoting current valuation...

Starcity doesnt update out of stock prices unless something comes in.

That is exactly what I thought (probably the same at T&T). So it is a safe bet that the next listing for a full set of P3K English will be higher than $2k.

Our sell price is probably still in the $2000 range. I've bought three sets at around $1400 (take a little because of condition on a couple of them) since January of this year, and it's just been easier to break them up for singles than list them as a complete set.

I can toss my NM+/M engl set into the ring, too, if still interested.

Hi

I just saw that the EB auction (that I told you about) for a NM P3K English set was cancelled and ended early. I think it had just over another 24 hrs to go and the bidding when I last checked yesterday was over $1200 or so. I see by one of the cancelled bids that it would have gone over $1400 plus most likely (I was expecting even a lot higher than that within the last few feverish hours of bidding)... too bad it was cancelled it would have been a good gauge for current market value.

Did you end up cutting a deal and getting if for a nice price? I truly hope you did. If not my offer still stands.
