any gut feeling for the ballpark of such a collection in NM+/M ?

If your talking about a set probably $200-$300. :( Russian 9th was overproduced and sealed product is still available unfortunately. Russian 10th on the other hand is very rare and hard to find and good foils command a premium.

Russian 10th as a set doesn't command any sort of premium, at least it didn't when I auctioned a NM/M set. It ended at $150 with 1 bidder :(
