Set of Guru Lands in NM/M condition?

I have a set (1 each) of guru lands in NM/M condition and am thinking of selling them (as a set). Just curious whats a good price to get rid of them at? I saw on star city the total for 5 is 800+ with island costing ~300...

I've been getting offers for 520 € after MCM fees of 5 % (total 547 €) for a nm/m set. The buyer wanted to buy several sets at that price range... Last year I sold one set for 525 €.
Another Finnish trader told me he sold one ex+ set for 550 € last summer, but that seemed quite overpriced. But getting a nm set below 650$ seems pretty hard here in Europe.

The odds of you getting $300 on the island is slim to none. You'll be better off selling it to ABU at $720ish which is what they're buylist is on them currently.
