Value of these misprints?

Any idea how much these two cards are worth?

The Seismic Assault seems smudged by black ink. The entire front of the card seems to be covered by black ink (although not to a very large degree). Its very clear in the text box and on the left side of the card.

I also picked up a Japanese Urza's Incubator, that is very dark, similar to the dark Visions. I dont have scans of it currently but I can do so.

The Irregulars is around 100-150.

Maybe because mine were foreign foils? IDK

Mine were shifted vertically instead of horizontally

I agree with Slinga on this one: about 30-40 tops.

Was yours also an Irregulars? Or was it a different card(s), from different set? I remember you had some UD ones with vertical shifting?

Vertically shifted FOILS were typically Urza's Destiny or Legacy, while This type here typically Mercadian Masques.

I had a Metalworker and Squee respectively (incidentally, both rares whereas commons also exist...), which are now in Nano's collection.
(they ended there at a bit higher values than we're discussing here, but they were a Metalworker and a Squee after all !)

I would also argue that in general the Urza's Destiny / Legacy ones (vertically shifted) would be worth a little more.

Seismic Assault and Urza's Incubator are worth very little imho (maybe 50% more than the regular versions), since smudges and dark variations (especially in Urza's block as well as Visions) are pretty common.

To get a more substantial premium you'd need a very playable card or a much more substantial smudge.
