Lord of Vermilion Promo Serra Angel

I noticed a Lord of Vermilion Promo Serra Angel on eBay recently. From what I was able to gather online, it seems like this was released around Christmas 2010, through some kind of Square Enix Members program. Most of the pages about it are in Japanese (which I can't read) and I'm not particularly familiar with the Lord of Vermilion game, so I was wondering if anyone here knew more about this card. For example, is it pretty common, or pretty rare? What did people do to get one? Is it something that you can still easily get today from Square Enix, or is it out of print?

Thiｓ Serra Angel promo is released from 2010/DEC/24 to 2011/FEB/01. It can get only second market. A source says it is releases 3000 prints.

JP market seems to sell it around 800 JPY.
