Do you guys think that a P3K nm/m english set, will increase in value in a couple of years? Or maybe decrease?

I have a NM raw set (not for sale) and a nearly complete Gem Mint graded set of P3K. I'm probably biased, but I think it will hold its value well over time. I haven't found any print run information, but the rare count for the English set is probably somewhere between Alpha and Unlimited (probably somewhere between Beta and Unlimited, closer to Beta but who knows).

The art is really outstanding and although I haven't played with the cards apparently there are some useful ones that are popular in several formats (legacy, EDH).

It's a nichey set and white-bordered, but there's a market for it. On the other hands the cards have been reprinted a number of times recently and this could continue, so maybe someone else who has considered the impact of that can weigh in...
