Any Ideas How This Blue Scavenger Folk Is Possible?

I've been talking with the owner of this unusual Scavenger Folk. We're looking for suggestions about how this card came to be what it is.

At first glance, it appears to be a Blue Scavenger Folk from Chronicles...

Of coarse, the first thought is that this card is sun faded. Yellow and Red are the first colors to go, and when you remove Yellow from a Green card, you end up with a Blue card. (It takes Yellow & Blue to make Green.)
However, Like Alternate 4th, This card does not glow under blacklight.

Of coarse, UV resistant cards won't fade, so either the card is Not sun faded (printing color error), or the UV resistant coating was applied After the card was faded. Alternate 4th and Chronicles would have been printed around the same time right? The card back does not exhibit the darkened "A" like Alternate 4th.

It seems to have a regular magic dot pattern, not the dot pattern used on Alternate 4th.

Looking for suggestions as to what might be going on here.
Owner says that the card does not feel differently from any other Magic card.

Hello,
In my opinion this is nothing more than a sun discoloration.
This is not blue but a vapid green.

Bleu = Yellow + Green :)
Look at the picture the yellow has vanished :)

It really does look like both the yellow and red on the horizon have gone. They should be there if the card was "printed" blue. Or, unless the ink in both ran out, almost like an albino.

Hi Tav

I'm not an expert but looks like it's sunfaded to me, but I might be wrong. Regarding the not glowing under black light...No idea.
