foreign language 9th Edition fat packs?

Were fat packs printed in any languages besides english? I was under the impression that they weren't, however SCG claims to be selling Italian 9th Edition fat packs?

I have never seen russian, the other languages were available afaik

Well there you go!
I never see them offered on eBay and I look for foreign boosters quite often.
I will have to check Magic Card Market, if you can get them anywhere I would think it would be on there.

French, Spanish, Italian were released. I can't remember if German was.
But Russian was not, that's for sure.
