Artists for GP Vancouver and PT Kuala Lumpur

Post by berkumps » Mon Jan 07, 2008 5:16 pm

Anybody know if the artists are confirmed for these events? And is anyone planning on attending either?

Hi Mark, mtgs says Mark Tedin and Anson Maddocks will be attending the former. As for the latter I'm still not sure, though I'll most probably be heading to Kuala Lumpur pending the artists on site and its site events.

I do need some one to head to the GP to get me some artist proofs by Anson Maddocks, and maybe Mark Tedin the dark proofs.

Is anyone going to the vancouver one?
I have a large favor to ask. I'd really like to get my playset of Alpha Llanowar Elves signed.
A Maze of Ith artist proof with a llanowar sketched on the back would be totally awesome too!

lol but my main concern is getting my alpha elves signed, can anyone help?

Hmm ... I know!
I'll send you my Alpha Llanowars and the 4x Korean Impulse.
You get my Llanowars signed and sent back to me and you keep the Impulses?

Also, if you can get a Maze of Ith proof with a Llanowar Elf sketch on the back I'll compensate you.

I've got a few Anson Maddocks cards as well as a few Rob Alexander cards that I would like to get signed. If your willing, please pm your address and what you would consider as fair compensation.

Thanks,

Ed

I need some Aps from Anson too. Maybe some APs from Tedin. Do let me know if someone is willing to pick them up for me.

Thanks!

He's more popular in the mainstream fantasy/sci-fi genre than 99% of the other MTG artists.. I'm suprised he even does MTG illustrations.

Just looked and he's done waaay more gaming illustrations than I thought! He's mainly known for his watercolors in more commercial type fare like kids books and stuff. He's a really good artist!

No, I'm not Larry Macdougall
