Mr Tedin took a long think to think an alteration for the twister actually. I was the only one in line, everyone was playing (I dropped out of the GP) and the queue was less than 5 person. I managed to talk to him a little too. He can do pac man alterations for the mana crypt. Looks really good. He could do flaming donuts on the sol ring, spaceships on mana drain, slight alteration on chaos orb, altered necropotence etc. Those are the more common ones I saw. He will do double signed cards as well. He will signed in gold first, then sign over the gold ink with black. Looks good too. Also he can sign cards diagonally from one corner to another corner as well. Just ask him, and he would probably be happy to fulfil your request.
