World Champion Deck

So after searching out what I need for my Global Birds of Paradise collection, I came across Worlds Champion Decks. What I need to know is are there any difference in the birds if they appeared twice in the same season, but used by a different person? I have 1 from Worlds 2000 Brussels but by looking at the wizards site, there were 2 decks using bop. Is the only difference the signature?

From the same year of champs decks, I would imagine it would just be the player signature that is different.
