The Magic Librarities

Where is the information for the Phantasmal Dragon and Kuldotha Phoenix located at? I thought I'd seen their information before in the rarities section (under "Media Inserts"), but cannot find them now.

while going through my japanese promos, I noticed that 2 more (other than the manga ones) are missing in the rarities section (unless I'm missing something) :

Ruthless cullblade
Pestilence Demon

These are from the 'Resale promo' series, just like the goblin chieftain, loam lion...
