I accidentally just deleted all my saved PMs instead of the ones I had checked on the page.
Any possible way I could retrieve those?

Oooh, that does suck. I don't think there is anything us moderators can do to help you unfortunately, but maybe Alexis can if he reads this.

If Alexis has a recent back-up of the entire site he should have your e-mails. Whether your specific folders are easily accessible as stand-alone items is another story. If not, or if those are not easily accessible, the only other option is to have everyone who had e-mail interaction with you, forward copies of that interaction, so you can recover at least a few items.
I did it myself a few years ago (when trying to delete only a few of them) and it was a horrible feeling once I realized what I had done.
