I have seen this, but not as often as you say. Unfortunately there is not much that can be done about this. Most small sites like this one are hosted on a shared server. That means there are several, maybe hundreds, of other small sites like this one using the same database server. These servers have a limited number of simultaneous connections (151 by default). If any one of these sites gets a sudden spike in traffic, or is just designed so poorly that it eats up all the connections, all the other sites suffer for it, resulting in the errors you see. This is a problem that the company hosting this website must manage. The other option is to move the site to a new (more expensive) host.

Not that I know of, but the host may be overloading their servers with new customers in the last month. It's hard to say.

I only get this right after trying to log in. Though when I'm returning to the Forum Index page I'm logged in and everything's fine again...

Hi Guys.
The Website did not move to another host, and I think that I pay enough per year, so it's not a cheap host.If the problem persists, let me know, I will send these posts to my webmaster, as I know nothing about this kind of technology.

I am not very knowledgeable about these issues, but maybe it depends on the browser you use ?

I use Microsoft Explorer 7 with all relevant updates and have never come across that problem.
