Few judges did quick background checks. There are currently roughly 1100 level 2 or higher judges. Maybe 1k of them have certified someone and this might be pretty high guestimate, as newer L2s haven't had a chance and the as GPs require one to be L2 or higher lots of the L2s are pretty recent.
I believe that these will be the most expensive judge foils to date if no more copies will be given away.
Actually I would applaud WotC if they put one of these into PT winner trophies in a way that the plastic could not be opened anymore. Having one FoW in there would make them pretty cool and not being able to sell the card would keep them cool. I've seen way too many pieces of plastic without the City of Brass they had in there, to really hate the option of opening those.
Hopefully I can pick one up from MCM during this summer at reasonable price. I would hate to keep one empty slot in my judge foil collection for ages. I guess that they will not go below 400 €, but I would love to be proven wrong.
