They care less about collectors. They take promos as a way to increase sales. Hence the increasing number of promos.

New promos from Prerelease:

2 Dragon's Maze Tip cards, one with Jace and the other with another planeswalker on it (Alpha cut) with an online code on the back.




Also, each prerelease pack came with 2 sealed guild packs, each of which included it's respective guild symbol on one side of a tip card. not sure if this should be considered a promo or not.

Each player also got a pin/button with a guild symbol.
