Don't know the Name yet,as I just received the Link Straight from Japan.

Sure looks like an alt-art Mogg Fanatic to me!

I just check my Japanese Mogg Fanatic from my Tempest Set,while similar it's not the same.I will have hopefully the answer today anyway.

True the card name does not match but the text does. Could it be a Lorwyn card?

I just got the answer,you were correct,this is indeed a Mogg Fanatic Alternate Art Promos from Lorwyn.

But Mogg Fanatic is in 10th, so I doubt it would also be in Lorwyn. This is probably the only way this art is available.

After reading the site, it's a arena promo starting from October. 2 ways to get it, Tournament (type2) and Free Battle (non-standard). It is indeed Mogg Fanatic. I would assume they made the promo from 10th.

The 10th Edition card has the original art, so the assumption still stands that this is the only way currently to get this alt-art version. I assume an English version will also exist.

Today my 'Lorwyn' Organized Play kit arrived (not FNM, it's kits you can only get if you run OTHER sanctioned tourneys).

Contains this card in English and I think a Mind Stone too. Didn't have time to check the artwork, I will later today at the store.

The Mind Stone 11 DCI is Alternate Art and from Martina Pilcerova.
