Not that impressive of a judge card.  Hmmm....wonder how Romain got his hands on one early?  I also wonder what this card is intended to be released for?  Intuition just came out for GenCon 2003.  Maybe this is just the typical early leak.

mikiurban contacted me and informed me that foil Intuitions were given out to judges at both PT Yokohama and Worlds.  This obviously contradicts my earlier statement of Inutions coming from GenCon.  I thought Jim from Troll and Toad stated Living Deaths were given out at Yokohama?  Does anyone have a listing of what prizes were given out at each event?  I try to track such additional information myself and apparently my info is flawed.  Help would be appreciated!

Yes. Foil Living Death wes given out as Judge Reward at PT Yokohama 2003.
I got it at PT Yokohama, as the prize of "Mark Rosewater's Quiz Show".  :D

My bad everyone, Yokohama was Living Death and Intuitions were at Worlds, but that was after Gencon, so I think Gencon (or maybe GP Detroit) was the release of Intuitions.

As far as I know, Worlds was the first event to have the Intuition, but I'm obviously not all-knowing :)
