Missprint with alliances (blue bordered)

There are a lot of blue bordered cards in alliances, i have seen Force of will, contagion, pirokinessis and other.... have u seen em?

Not really. I have seen o lot of them in Ice Age but not in Alliances ..

Some people seem to rate these such misprints as rare, but it seems as though they are very common place. Almost a third of my Ice Age is 'blue bordered'. I'm guessing slightly differing print runs with differing ink tones were used.
