Differences in Beatdown box sets?
http://forums.mtgnews.com/showthread.ph ... did=163739
In this thread, the poster describes that his Beatdown box set had a Feral Shadow, where the checklist said it should be Foul Imp.
Ralph's page documents the Feral Shadow (http://www.magiclibrary.net/rarities-be ... ard-2.html), which is different from WotC's Beatdown deck list (http://www.wizards.com/magic/generic/ca ... tdown.html).
Has anyone ever seen a Beatdown version of "Foul Imp"? If so, please provide a scan and information about where you bought your set.
Can members identify any other differences that might show there are two (or more) versions of the box set?

Re: Differences in Beatdown box sets?
I'll check my set tonight. I have the Beatdown set in it's own binder section as the expansion symbols make these unique cards. If I had to guess, WOTC may have a possible error on their page.
Re: Differences in Beatdown box sets?
None in mine either. Imo, WOTC has an error on their list.
Re: Differences in Beatdown box sets?
None in mine; though that's not surprising, since I think Ralph's scans are from me.
Re: Differences in Beatdown box sets?
I have two sets and none is in either.
It can't be a mistake...WOTC never makes mistakes...ever. :o

Well, actually, I can think of one mistake that they made (maybe the only one) - letting them be bought by HASBRO ;) ::)bigfatkitty wrote:I have two sets and none is in either. Â
