Could somebody assist me in clearing up a misunderstanding? News of my little web site has spread, in this case to www.mtgfrance.com. In the following post, I am referred to as a "co-founder." This is not the case. I was Employee #7, but the company was founded some years before I even heard of it.

"Former employee" is more accurate, yes. If you want it to sound more exciting, you could go with "original production manager," or "first production manager." :)
