Foil Filler & Fake Foils

I remember this guy (Purlain) on ebay before.
He was selling foil DCI disenchants for $200.00, a month
before it became public knowlege that they were bound for FNM prizes. Weird huh.
My advice be cautious of this guy, he definitely has ties with WoTC.
He knew they were being released in a month, yet he sold over twenty disenchants for $200.00 plus. I guess that's business.
The reason why i think he has ties with WoTC, he sold all thoes disenchants a month before they were released, on ebay. When all other auctions were stoped by WoTC,  but his were allowed to complete. Why is that.
