In my opinion, no, but to someone else, maybe. That's the beauty of having an item that nobody else does, you can pretty much ask whatever you want for it and cross your fingers.

Correct Mark, Glad I got the different Gurus Books years ago, but as you mention, I will not have expected a 3000$ price, but they are awfully Rares.
