Found a Korean website, but I didn't see any Korean singles listed on their site. they did, however, have Korean singles listed on a well known auction website (as playfirst_co_kr).

www.playfirst.co.kr/

Think I'll go ahead and add 2 more:

www.ccggamez.com
www.hacards.com

both based in the UK. CCGGamez has non-English singles, not sure about House Atreides.

yeah, that's what I said in my post. I figured I'd atleast post the website, and that way someone could possibly contact them directly to look for certain singles, if they wanted to.

I'm still looking for a website that specializes in Traditional Chinese singles . *sighs*

found some more Russian websites:

http://www.manapoint.mtg.ru/ didn't see very many listings for Russian foil cards :(

www.amberson.mtg.ru slightly better selection of cards. requires a minimum purchase of 350 rubles.

www.amik.mtg.ru/ didn't have any stock listed at the time of this post, but they did have an email to send inquiries to.

all of the .mtg.ru websites let you filter by artist!

Nastolkin.ru didn't see much I was looking for, but they might have something someone else is looking for.

found all these sites through the www.mtg.ru portal, which also conveniently provides pdf price charts by set with the price of each card offered by the 4 above sites (also has cardplace.ru, but this site is already known).

yes, this site is mentioned earlier in this thread, as well as in my previous post in this thread.

I have purchased from cardplace.ru, and was disappointed with the quality of a few of the cards received, but they atleast accept PayPal. the Russian sites I mentioned in this thread want alternate forms of online payment.

Speaking of, has anyone ever used Yandex?
