I remember seeing a JPN Mirage box on MOTL for sale @ $200. This was an old post though, so not sure about present day value.

As for the Korean Saga box, I'm not sure on value, but I would also be interested in this info, as I recently acquired two sealed booster boxes. Considering English is >$250, and Korean is harder to find and more sought after, one can only guess what a sealed Korean box is worth.

I've seen Korean go for fairly low, I think 350-400. There's basically no Japanese Mirage out there box-wise, so it's worth whatever you can get for it. I'd probably want around 300 for a box; I have a few.

You can get Mirage Jp for $200, I bought one recently.

Prices are not so high anymore. Fewer collectors buy foreign boxes.

Still interested in what more people think these are worth. You can also guess what you think I paid for them :-\'

sorry if this is a little off topic, but has anyone seen a japanese mirage starter box sell anywhere? how much would you expect to pay for one of these?

i expected much much more than that. grandeur told me he sells jap mirage basic lands at 2.50 each. if that's the case, theres $600 worth of basics in a starter box.

When you buy a box, the cards are unsorted... So the calculation is not the same.

Besides, the more I see foreign boxes, the more I am surprised the low prices compared to prices last year...

It's...frustrating how varied the price for Korean and Japanese older boxes is on EBay..and how random.

I bought around 6 boxes of Korean Tempest on Ebay a couple years back for around $100 each. If you break them down into singles the commons and uncommons can make you a very good profit. Yet it seems impossible to sell the boxes for reasonable money.

I can't explain it, but $100 for boxes like I mention is stupid low...
He's just this guy, ya know?

When you calculate how much it costs a professional seller to hire someone to sort the cards and list them on a website or Ebay, you can understand.

Ebay and Paypal fees have raised tremendously since August 2006. Remember that ? It killed part of the cards market. Many Ebay Stores closed.

So that means all the mirage japaense basics in my store's draft land box are worth their weight in gold?

Damn it lol, I want JPN Mirage Basics!! But I'm not paying any $2.50 though lol

I'd pay $20 shipped on 10 of each though :D

well in the US, they are pretty rare, so maybe they are. i've been trying, without luck to find 2x japanese mirage swamps for like 6 months. people in japan that i contact don't even want to look for 2x basic lands, and no one i've seen in the US has any. if they were NM, i would buy swamps and islands for $1 each all day.
