no,
it is a card from which the glue between the front and back came loose.
Very unfortunately the front isn't present with it.

seller has 100 feedback and gives a paragraph of description. Why is the middle blue uncommon have sharpied borders?

I'd avoid that even if I had the money.

Shipping maybe 15-25 from Japan to USA/Europe.

400 cards can be store in a box.
