Yes if I can actually own the issue myself that would be a lot better than having a scan.

Yea, I remember that article too, I thought it was so strange. Nothing I'd expect from them.

I have that issue too, somewhere, if you can't find it.

Mine would have to be my beta power nine set, more for the memories of aquiring it then the monetary value.  I put it together in over the course of one year by saving every cent I could and doing extra work for anyone who would pay me.  It was right at the beginning of the explosion in Type 1's popularity, just before the prices on beta power really started rising.  It was also the year I got engaged to my wife, who played a big roll in me getting them all.  How many wifes/girlfriends out there would actually encourage you to spend $400 on cardboard, and be willing to sacrifice going out to nice restaraunts so you can do it?

Mine would have to be a rejection letter for a job at WOTC signed by Peter Adkinson.

Signed Lands:

Example, my friends Luis, Oscar, and Joana all signed Spanish BB Portal islands and sent them. My friend Renaldo from China signed a Chinese BB Island, my friend Jerry from Japan signed a Japaneses BB Island, etc. Its very nice. I use them all in my big blue power deck :-)

A good conversation piece, a nice 'mood' to the deck... and certainly priceless :-D

(If anyone on the forums would like to send me a BB Island from their country / in their language, signed by them, I will send them a BB Island English signed by me. It is a fun exchange!) Email / Message me for addresses :-)

Some time ago, I had an ophidian, signed by no more than 26 people... But I gave it to a good lady friend last month.

And maybe my old and poor unlim Ancestral Recall, for allowing me to reach the finals, for my first Vintage tournament. (I didn't have any other P9 card...) :D

I still love the first maze of ith I ever got.  It's such a beautiful card I stared at it the first month I played magic.

You're lucky, my only P9 is an UL timetwister.
I can't believe I ate the whole thing

Hi,

so I`ll also add my 0.02

Here are my most valued (value-wise and just sentimental) cards:

#1: My NM Beta Black Lotus - sure that´s value-wise

#2: A Foil Island drawn on by my last girlfriend. I always play it when I play blue in a tourney

#3: The extra Dark Laquatus Champion. I don´t know how many there are existing but I think it´s pretty rare

#4: An asian Foil W.Mongrel signed and altered by Anthony Waters at GP Prague. It was a really nice conversation with him there and I like thinking back at it.

#5: An Unglued Swamp signed and altered (a Dragon on it) by Mark Zug

#6: A Wyvern Back FE card - I always wanted one and now I got it

That´s it guys
