What bulk cards do people collect?

Post by hammr7 » Tue Mar 14, 2006 7:22 pm

I'm trying to clean up my collection by organizing my extras for sale. I estimate I have at least 50,000+ commons, proportional numbers of uncommons and at least 10,000 rares. The cards are all English, and most range in condition from Fine to Near Mint.

The first (and largest) group I am organizing include sets without rarity designations: from revised and fallen empires through 5th edition and stronghold. I have managed to organize most cards by set and color.

I know that some members obsessively collect vast quantities of certain commons and uncommons. If you have such an obsession, please let me know, as I might be able to help. With commons, just remember that international shipping costs for a few hundred cards might cost far more than the cards are worth.

I won't get to lands for a while, but how many are you interested in? I probably have between 1,000 and 2,000 if I can find them.

I collect bulk earthquakes, but just started, so I'm only up to about 20. I also have about 45 Three Dreams and 5 foil caves of koilos.

It is something that people always overcharge for whenever I try to trade for them. people think that I have found the new tech, ive heard People quote it at $5.00.
I hate when people do that

I would say $1 is fair for Sorrows Path. It has the dubious honor of being voted the worst card in Magic. I think that was back in the mid 90's.
