My wife and I were fortunate enough to have met him at Gen-Con Anaheim a couple years ago. He was an absolute delight to talk with and even penciled a dragon in her book.
His passing is a loss to the art world and to those who admired him and his work.
We'll miss him.

The last drawing in the last link was used as the main cover art for the computer game Death Knights of Krynn - a game that I thoroughly enjoyed (along with Dark Queen of Krynn).

It's nice to finally know who the artist is, and is a shame that he's gone :(

TerraFrost: This is exactly what I thought when I checked the artwork. I liked Champions of Krynn, the first part of the trilogy best, however.

I could not believe it when I found out about it. I kept hoping that it was an error! He signed cards for me just a month ago and was very friendly. Our family is diminished with his passing!
