I am not completely sure, all I know is I have a Thornscape familiar w/ a silver border. I was told it came from a starter w/ the Unglued borders mistakenly used. I haven't seen any but the one I have.

I'm not so sure to fully understand, you have a Thornscape Familiar Planeshift coming either from a Normal Starter or a Barrage Preconstructed Deck Planeshift where all the 60 cards did not have a Silver border(Like Unglued)except one,am I right?

All I can tell you FOR SURE is that I have a Thornscape Familiar that has a silver border (I could scan if needed).
I was told that it came from a precon deck. I was told the entire deck was like that, but I never saw them. I would like to though. I guess we can assume that maybe just one sheet ended up this way.

looking back at the post the seller started in these forums, he says his starting bid was going to be $5,000. i wonder what caused the change (from $5,000 to $8,000). perhapes he feels that ebay is a hassle enough to warrant demanding an extra $3,000 dollars?

well... the auction has ended with no bidders, what-so-ever.
i wonder what'll happen to the cards, now. will someone make a private offer to the buyer, and if so, would the buyer agree? will the buyer try to relist the deck on ebay? perhapes individual cards will now be sold?
personally, i'm betting that the current owner will just keep the cards out of spite to all those who didn't give him all the money he thought they should have.

I sent the guy a note telling him a few of the things he did wrong with the auction, and got no reply.
