Omg wtf 4 rare packs?!!!!

What the hell I thought Wizards had put a stop to accidently making stupid mistakes like this. My friend bought a box of Guildpact today and every damn pack he opened had 4 rares. Isn't this not supposed to happen? As soon as he opende half the box I just had to buy a box myself but no such luck for me.
Has anyone else whitnessed this?

Hi.
This happens time to time.Some Boxes of French 3rd Edition was having the same problem years ago.In another Style,I do own a Booster from the French 4Th Edition with Only 4 Cards in it,the whole box was this way.

Yeah Ive hear about this happening in old sets all the way up to oddesey but it has not happened since then to my nowledge. Maybe people just dont report it anymore?

Hi.
More Infos,at The preview in Paris,some Boxes of Guildpact was having 4 Rares.Today,a friend opened a Box,and All the Uncommons were having a Huge cutmark on the front and back,while the Rare and Commons were normals

we went back to the shop to change it,and apparently,it was the third one having that problem.

An amazing case I witnessed personally was with Mirage starters in English sold in Rome, where ALL 60 CARDS were rare !

Obviously when I entered the shop to buy one myself it was perfectly normal :-||

T&T had some all rare Visions boosters awhile back. I opened a box of Homelands with no rare/uncommons.

And he told me about some other amazing boxes he had heard of/seen

there were some boxes of urzas legacy in which ever card in the pack was a foil!

and others with a foil rare and a regular rare together.

Man why cant I get lucky enough to open a box like that :P

That takes Homelands to a whole new level of crappiness...

The shop I frequent received a case of 7th when it first came out where all of the rares were foil. He sold three packs for $2.50 then sold the remaining 213 for $5. It was a disappointing result to seeing such a great find.

I *just* opened a pack of Portuguese Ravnica with two rares - 16 cards total in the pack. The rares were...drum roll please...Blood Funnel and Necroplasm.

someone at sunday draft opened a pack without a rare. I tried to say my pack had no rare too, but no one bought it.

Yesterday I was at a Vintage tournament, and two boxes of 4-rares Guildpacts packs were opened.
Each pack contained 4 rares and no uncommon.
Unfortunately, if I remember well, all packs were opened.
