according to him the homelands lsymbol on his simulacrum has shifted towards the outside of the card. ??? ??? ???
Also notice the lack of the white border on the bottom side.

I can totally tell that there is a homelands logo on the card!

Simulacrum Misprint

I was just curious to see what I could see, so I cleaned up the image a bit. Obviously, 4th Edition shouldn't have any symbol at all, and Simulacrum didn't even appear in Homelands. The blob, though, does look like the Homelands symbol! It is, however, just a blob; a blob of ink.

i have a fourth deathlace with exactly the same symbol.
If i look close the blob on my lace looks like the greek semi god Achilles
