Have you seen such a strange miscut?

The front surface is miscut but backside is normal.  [smiley=scared.gif]

Its hard to tell without feeling the card, but this looks like a paper patch or seam.  When paper is made, there can be small, machine direction, creases.  And if a  small tear develops, sometimes a patch will be applied to keep the tear from migrating further.  Note that when paper is made, it is a continuous process where the paper is spooled onto 1,000 to 10,000 (or more) meter rolls.  Usually these anomolies are removed as the paper gets cut and further processed, but every once in a while one gets through.
Where have all the Magic sticker sets gone?

I have a friend with one of these, if demand exists for it I'm sure he wouldn't mind parting with it.
