The guy I got it from said a freind gave it to him. His freind was working at Wizards those days and they did foil layer test.
Sadly I do not remember a lot anymore but here is what:

I was contacted by an ebay member saying that he was selling such cards for a while I loked at his feedback and he never got a feedback for it.
He told me that everybody did not want to pay and therfor he never got the feedback for the card.
I watched him for a longer period of time and I never ever saw that he sold one again.
I after this mail got a bit of a strange feeling and asked him if he would send first. He did and I thought it was a legit card.
I first thought it was a aceton card but then how did he get the foil off on the one side?
Also I tryed with aceton on another card an I got marks from it spilling over the edges on the back this cards back though is nerly perfeckt only the normal signes from sleves in and out.

Cards feels legit from thinkness and so also the bend test was past.

On the pics you can see to minor defects.
The foil layer in the middle of the card where it passes from foil to white has small knicks in it these where there allready befor I tryed the bend test.
On the pic where I have the card in hand the corner in my thumb looks strange this is only on the pic maybe I can make a better on this evening.

Comments and thoughts are wellcome

Those cards have been discussed before.
As far as i remember they are testprints from justifying the foil layer. I have the same card you showed and some other (doublelayer corner).
I couldn't find the thread where we discussed them, but i think dragsamou posted the original explanation from the person who sold some of those cards.

I have this card also.  When I bought it, I was advised not to touch it at all, because the fingerprints were hard to remove.
I have kept it in the card protector ever since I got it.

Ralph, Dragsamou - if you are reading this, this is exactly the card I was asking you two about a year or so ago.  This picture is much better than others I have seen, but it is the same as the card I got.

I am not completly sure what has been uttered before with regard to these cards. All I can tell you is that I am aware of these cards and that they exist in different variations, that is the foilless part appears in different sizes on different edges of these filler cards. For the lack of contrary evidence, I would rate these cards as miscut foil filler cards. If somebody has reason to categorize them differently, please share your insight.

Antipositive: It originates from a Magic binder. I wanted something unusal, yet typical and all-encompassing.
