Yours is the 2nd one i've ever seen.

alpha cut ice age is pretty rare. i found the swords to plowshares on magiccardmarket for 5€ some years ago. don't have it anymore though.

@NeRo ya, you don't really see them pop up very often, I may have overpaid a bit for this one, but it was something I didn't want to miss out on adding to my collection.

The double stamp is really really really cool. Easily my favorite stamp error in my collection. I'm wondering if there's an entire sheet out there, or even a partial sheet. Not sure what the printing process is for promos is.

@gary I had to look up photos of the double stamped coins. I know very little about that world, but those are pretty neat!

An update on my favorite pet project...Only 988 cards to go until the signed beast would be finished...

I just received these 2 cards recently:

1 - Foil Japanese 9th edition Scaled Wurm (Purchased on Yahoo auctions):

This card allows me to complete my Japanese Foil Vanilla Set !

2 - Foil S-Chinese 7th edition Trained Orgg (purchased on Taobao)


This last one is some kind of missprint/ink fuzz, I don't know the value of it, but I am willing to trade it for any of my Foil Vanilla searches ;-) I am still looking for many Foil Portuguese and Chinese (both S- & T-) cards...

So the smudged card isn't water damage?

The color smug happened a lot in Ravnica and also in Timespiral and many other sets. Not at all related to waterdamage.

Once the printer ink has dried, water can't blur it, unless it's a fake card.

Got my two JP Boxes and Fat Pack I ordered. Popped two expeditions and FOIL Ceaseless Ulamog...and 7 of new dual lands in JP, Gideon JP and some other choice stuff. Plus a couple JP foil full art lands, and a 72 regular full art lands in JP.
