That price sounds familiar
. IP2 Set in Japanese Sealed is simply impossible to find. I'm tracking them for years for the variations of the the IP2 Support cards, and I still don't have the 2 versions, over 15 years after.
l0qii wrote:Japanese FWB 4th is identical to Japanese I2P yes? Both have 1996 dates. Basic lands were only available in I2P. To my knowledge nobody has ever seen a Japanese FWB 4th Starter (although somehow we have a GTIN code for it).
Starter Deck BB Japanese
SKU: WOC22000
GTIN: 4 981932
016109
Starter Deck WB Japanese
SKU: WOC22000
GTIN: 4 981932
006109
Starter Deck WB Japanese exist, but they are also impossible to find, as the WOC number is identical, you can only find out by asking the GTIN. And yes IP2 and Fourth Edition WB are the same, 1996 Date on both of them.

I may be getting a bit confused here fellas but isn't this covered in this thread...

I have a Japanese Starter Deck
SKU: WOC22004
GTIN: 4 981932
0066116
No idea if it is WB or BB as it is still sealed.
What is I2P? Introductory 2 Player?
Surely my starter would have lands in it, not just the I2P.

Hi Mark
That's correct, I forget about your post
. So this is indeed the right thing:
Starter Deck BB Japanese
SKU: WOC22000
GTIN: 4 981932 006109
Starter Deck WB Japanese
SKU: WOC22004
GTIN: 4 981932 006109
IP2 is Introductory 2 Player Set:

Well that's funny, since I'm the one who posted the correct info for the Starter, and I don't even remember even having it! I wonder what happened to that thing?

Same for me, I desesperately try to find a sealed product that I provide info about, that I was having for sure, but I can't find it anymore
On another note, as the Magic Card Sets can't be updated, and that this topic turns awfully chaotic, I have managed to find a pic of what supposed to be the Black Border Starter 4Th Edition Japanese:
According to Tim:
4th Edition - WB Japanese - Starter Deck
WOC22004
GTIN: 4 981932 006116
According to Magic Card Sets:
4th Edition - WB Japanese - Starter Deck
WOC22000
GTIN: 4 981932 016109

Japanese 4th Black Border edition swamp exists (I got it).
Japanese 4th White Border edition swamp ?
Japanese Introductory 2 player set swamp ?
This way will be easier for me

ummmm but for example spanish I2P have 1996 copyright and 4th have 1995, they are differents (by the way, just being released in separate sets make both different).
Thanks guys

The contents of the Introductory Two-Player Set vary according to their edition and language. All versions with the exception of the Japanese release have in common, however, that the cards used to build the preconstructed decks in there are unique. They look similar to Fourth Edition cards, but feature a 1996 copyright date and in some cases reformatted text.

In theory, since the I2P sheet sets are different than 4th edition sheets, it stands to reason that the Japanese I2P cards could have been printed differently than Japanese 4th WB. This would make them different for my collecting purposes.

WB Japanese 4th also has 1996 copyright. Not 1995 like other languages
