Is the Ghost the only card with variations in the set?
Or are there others? If so, has somebody compiled a list?
I googled it briefly and came up with nothing.

I just opened a box of 2013, bought in the EU.
The box says Made in the U.S.A. (unlike the boxes from the AVR block).
No new tips and tokens. That is, no deviations from mystical_tutor's list.

I did get a Nicol Bolas! None of the top 4 money cards, however.
