If you cast it with 1 island and a sol ring you can't bring back 2 islands and there is no other penalty.

Portal is now legal in extended and legacy i believe, not shure.

This card was also given to the winners of Team Limited - Trios in 2000 in the Netherlands. Is this known or new?

They are usually called filler cards, because they are used to occupy empty slots on the print sheet. They can be found in all World Championships and Pro Tour decks. Bleh, beckett's just a bunch of n00bs. Their magazine's untrustworthy, so why should their grading be any better? People know and trust PSA to be a better grader. By making this remark I think you are the n00b. Beckett has a far better grading service then PSA. A BGS 9,5 is about the same as a PSA ...
