About the Japanese Savannah Lions, I cannot assure that all of them have the same misprint, but the few I've seen look like the one in the picture.

I think that you misread what dragsamou said.

He didn't said that there were five different versions of Alpha, he said that one of the different versions of 4th edition have alpha-cut corners.
