I've seen those blister packs on eBay several times for really cheap prices, but I never felt they were worth buying ::)

Re: Looking for Dragon Whelps as always!

Yup! I have the whole deck ;D If you'd have an incomplete deck, though, I could trade for/buy the single whelp.

EDIT: noticed it wasn't even on my list; added it now ::) Thanks ;)

Re: Looking for Dragon Whelps as always!

Yes I have, she sold it to Richard Garfield, who gave it to a friend of his. It was the first piece of art to go... And I'm in quite a dead-end now, until I find someone who knows Richard Garfield well enough to ask him for contact info to that particular friend ::)

Re: Buying a Box when you are in Europe

You might want to ask the seller to put a lower value on the custom form, too. It isn't 100% legal ::) ::) ::) but it'll save you *a lot* of money from taxes, if you have to pay customs fees. For example, even on items worth several hundred dollars, I ask the seller to put $50 on the custom form... ...

Re: Grey Bordered Cards... Huh?

I think there was a topic regarding this not long ago, I'm too lazy to dig it up though... If the borders are very light grey, they're interesting, but if just slightly brighter than a regular card from the same time period, not really. I especially like the bluish grey bordered fallen empires cards...

Re: portal 3k misprints

I just checked my P3K lands, and all 100+ of them are numbered correctly, each design incrementing as appropriate. They came from an English mix of both precons and boosters.
The cards in this case are japanese only though, so I guess it's a language-specific error.

I have definately seen this exact lotus somewhere before, but I have no idea where... Has it been on eBay in the past years?

Re: ebay miscellaneous question post..

For EU shipping times, one week should be about right :) Sometimes as low as 4 days, sometimes as much as 14... But usually a week. Reasonable shipping, well usually the letters i get are stamped .80, 1.20, 1.60, 1.80...  Plus cost for toploader and bubble envelope, still an average of ~$2 for ...

Re: Arabian Nights production story

Normally such cards should be trashed.
Or chopped off, like we've seen with several cards, like that beta helm of chatzuk :)
