Anybody going to the GenCon this year in August?

If anybody would be willing to get me some Magic cards signed, I´d make it worth your while (money or cards).

We´re talking 20 - 40 cards not more.

Please let me know. It´s really hard for us Europeans

Ended auctions on Ebay say $100...but it's the same hassle with the Extended Art Mutavault...There are very few of these...

IMHO if price makes you want to give up collecting--you aren't a collector in the first place--just a speculator. Price doesn't have to make you give up collecting, but it may change what it is that you collect. Also being concerned about price doesn't make you a speculator. Ed, forgive me for not ...

So sad, so sad... When I see such things I feel like giving up collecting altogether... I also know that they have tripled the value of some items. They also claim it to be market value. People are actually paying Terese for her work. I doubt many do the same for the inflated prices of Mr. Chang......

I'm not a real fan of MtGStores :'-( Take it easy, Jared who does? @berkumps: I expect that Dan actually gets 3 times his money but we don't pay that we pay 5, 6 or 7 times that... I could well see a Mox alter go for $500 if you look at the prices of Terese Nielsen /Ron Spencer...

I can help out.

The rates for alteration will change in the near future. He is currently in negotiations with MTG Stores and from what he told me all alter requests will go trough them.

I expect the rates (a full alter is around $100 at the moment) to triple if not more.
