The last S-Chinese Portal pack I sold was sold at close to $40. I still have 9 packs left after selling some.

Beatdown artist proofs do exist. I own a couple of them including a Kird Ape. I have some of the Italian fwb ones. The date on the card is 1995, but I'm not sure which printing are they from. Shuler still have the Serra Angel CE proof, and he was asking $200 for it. That was during one of the Region...

I've just checked the boosters. All of them have the same artwork. I dont have English Portal boosters to compare however.

S-Chinese Portal has quite a number of alternate arts in the set, iincluding most of the basic lands.

I went through someone's complete s-chinese 5th set before. Quite sure I didnt see a Necropotence.

I got a Japanese, German and French one altered early this year. Didnt get a Korean one in time for that.

I have an Angel of Retribution in Japanese Foil and an English Foil Fallen Angel 7th. Shall I keep these for you and see what else I might have?

Yup. The promo PTE is exactly the same as the English version, except for the text size. The Japanese Promo PTE has a larger font. Here is a scan:
