Re: Calculated print sheets based on pack openings

Great thread, don't know why I haven't seen it before. Have you ever tried to reconstruct Unstable sheets? https://img.lght.pics/2sLU.jpg At first you would think that this is unexpected, but when recalling that some Unstable commons exist in 4-5 different versions, the other ones also should occur ...

Problems with Images in Posts

Is it only me who can't see images in newer posts from Alexis?

I only see the word image.

Re: List of hard to distinguish FWB and 4th Edition Cards

Oh, one more thing that I think you'll find interesting, though it's a bit off topic here... I opened a booster pack of English 4th edition where the commons were back cut, and the uncommons were front cut. I thought it was interesting to have both back cut and front cut sealed inside the same boos...

Re: List of hard to distinguish FWB and 4th Edition Cards

Fixed broken links, now with images on hover: https://greendisenchantproject.jimdo.com/fwb-4th/ Very Nice! Hello Ron, I hope you've been well. Are these images confirmed examples from sealed product, or was their set identity determined by some other method? I haven't been working on this project m...

Re: Next language in MTG?

With the Global Series, Wizards has opened a door for printing cards in new languages:

You can even tell them your favorite country.

Re: Mail Brag!

It's been a while since I've posted anything here and I've been stepping up my collecting in the course of the past year. So I'll share my recently created youtube series with all of you guys (which feels appropriate as it is titled 'Misprint Mail Brag')! I've got 7 episodes out so far and another ...

Re: Zendikar, BFZ and OGW "Normal" lands.

Hi Alexis, yes, very difficult for sure, for that my info is merely based on official product images. We know what Wizards announces and what is true can be two very different animals, that's why I explicitly wrote the info was from them. One is compelled to evaluate their trustworthiness from case ...

Re: Zendikar, BFZ and OGW "Normal" lands.

Hi, Zendikar: NO Intro Packs in Russian (according to my Russian contact) I would hunt for all other languages although there is some probability that Chinese and Portuguese don't exist. According to Wizards: Battle of Zendikar: NO Intro Packs in T-Chinese, Korean, Russian Event Decks ONLY in Englis...

Re: Sleeve & Album Recommendations for Set Storage?

There were also very thick and durable Ultra Pro sleeves with a double weldseam and big hologram on the right. This would exactly cover the P/T of creatures, so maybe they were from before Magic even started. They are wider than the modern card sleeves, thus don't fit into 9-pocket pages and some de...

Re: List of "Black Dot" print Variants from 1994-1996

Hi Ron More info collected: Spanish Homelands has the dot. Spanish and Portuguese Alliances do not. Rivals has the dot. Most promos from this time frame have the dot. The Revised starters that had a clear pull tab all had black dots (reminder topic): http://www.magiclibrarities.net/forum/viewtopic....

The standard 4th Edition booklet exists with a dashed line on the cover leaf inside and without. I'd be interested whether this correlates with the different pricings.
Does anyone have opened 4th Edition starters with the original rule book inside to check?
