So they consider Summer or alt. 4th as "misprints"

If you send them a misprint or fake card, they will send back it to you without grading it, with an explanation.

Those cards have been discussed before. As far as i remember they are testprints from justifying the foil layer. I have the same card you showed and some other (doublelayer corner).
