I don't know if anyone has seen this, but there is a promotional plane card for the Planechase release events.

I have them in hand but no access to a scanner.

The card is "Tazeem" Plane-Zendikar. It has the DCI logo in the far right corner of the plane line.

The card # is 41 DCI.

I went 0-3 and dropped. A few of my customers made day 2, and one of them made top 8 :) :)

How many dealers are actually doing this? As someone who owns a store that is primarily a draft store, and sells tons of singles, I just don't see the point in doing something unscrupulous and potentially alienating my customer base. It is very rare that there is a rare card that I cannot easily get...
