All this talk of spouses, kids, others, etc. not knowing the value of - or not appreciating - mtg (or other) collectibles makes me wonder just what is going to happen to all the rarities out there when their owners pass away. I can only imagine how many incredible collections may end up stuffed in a...

Well the good news is that when you get your sealed Alpha starter deck box you will already have your Beta starter deck box. You can't tell the difference unless you open it. Then, of course, it is no longer sealed. Interesting dilemma. I have a couple folks wondering what to offer for the one I ha...

Looking for Miscuts from Older Sets...

Hi everyone, I'm looking for miscuts from early sets like ABU, Revised, Arabian Nights, Legends, Antiquities, and The Dark. I am only interested in cards miscut enough to have part of another card showing. I'm not as interested in playability as I am my own idiosyncratic whims about how much I perso...

Oh man... that is a truly beautiful picture sib51... Wow. It is nice to know that such items are still out there, I have an empty box, closest I got to Unlimited, being a 94 late comer. I agree! It is nice to know some still exist. Does anyone have any idea how many sealed boxes might exist "out the...

Hi olesch, I use Picasa as well and have been able to post https pictures here without problems so long as they were .jpg files. I did notice that when I tried to post a .png picture from Picasa it wouldn't show up. Try converting the file type to .jpg and see if it works.

Thanks everyone. Very nice! Do you have all the other starters/tournament packs? I look forward to getting the Alpha and Beta myself to finish off my own but that custom wooden box gives me a nice idea! I have many, but very far from all (I'm missing a lot of foreign language ones). My main goal has...

Ok, I know this is nothing compared to the amazing stuff most of you all post in this thread, but I just finished my long sought-after goal of obtaining a sealed starter of Alpha, Beta, and Unlimited. Complete with a custom made box for keeping them. Thanks very much to the member of this forum who ...

Seeing this, especially the photo of the nice booklet with boosters displayed in it makes me want to start collecting boosters! I must resist! :-P
