Is this card meant to be given out as an actual promo card (nonplayable of course) or is it simply part of a store advertisement kit? It looks like the latter is true, but the auction titles imply the former.

At least one card is incorrect: Witch Hunter is a white card from The Dark (and reprinted in Chronicles), not a black card. All in all, the list sounds plausible, and it truly holds a few gems from Magic's past. Awesome!
