Yuck, they still have the Pro Player cards. I know I shouldn't complain about "free" product, but why can't they include tokens instead of these. I'm also sad to see they went back to the spindown life counters. Those things get knocked all over the place.

Kind of similar to how they unloaded all the extra JSS Crusades. I'd be cool with that!

This suit isnt about the spoilers. R_E posted scans of some Coldsnap playtest cards a while back, they were quickly removed, but the damage was already done at that point. It wouldn't really make sense to release it only Online since there are no Online versions of IA or AL.

Re: Saviors Prerelease Postcard

They made a postcard out of the art from the old MPR Spirit token?  Did someone forget to tell the printer to use the Kamigawa token art rather than the Planeshift art?

So, will tokens continue to be part of future MPR mailings?

Re: Betrayers of Kamigawa promo item

I understand.  I want to see scans.  Here's a copy of the ad that goes along w/the Inquest/Scrye punchouts. http://img175.exs.cx/img175/8752/betrayers.jpg One of my local shops had a neat poster of this that contained a sort of "holo" effect.  Look at it from one angle and the four samuri ar...

Re: Not Cool

What is up with this?
Maybe they want to stop internet based companies from undercutting the physical card shops and putting them out of business?

Re: This sucks...

That's just how inflation works. Exactly.  There are some people on other boards making a huge deal about this, but if you look at the increases over the past 10 years, it fits right in with the rest of the economy.  A movie ticket used to be 5 bucks, pay phones worked on a dime, and soda...
