Your price is low and should sell fast, but this is a narrow audience here. I got $2900US on Ebay for my set a couple months ago, and I was a relatively motivated seller. I'd suggest listing it with a BIN around $3500 or a little less and take offers. You'll get a few.

I think you also misunderstood the post - the number 100 was just an example. The other deck, which is likely in the wild although perhaps unopened, is green/black, right? When the second deck appeared a couple years ago I think we all assume the other half of a single misprinted sheet had been foun...

I missed the end time I guess - obviously there's no time to consider an inspection before the end of the auction.

I am in the area and could make an in-person pickup. It seems like a bad risk though, and I'm not excited about driving down there for an inspection prior to bidding since I don't myself have the money to win the auction. Is there a way to have the local branch of your favorite bank release a cashie...

He showed up to GP Seattle years ago with a 200 count box of Timetwister, Sol Ring, Mana Drain and maybe one other proof. He said the box had been misplaced for some years and had not been offered for sale before, which I believe based on the number available, prices, and the rate at which they were...

I can tell you how some artists numbered their proofs... I personally have two Mana Drain #1s, and there is at least one more out there. I only have an artist sign their proofs in person. Those I have had to acquire by mail I request unsigned whenever still available. There are others with similar e...

I believe only the one is known. I also regard is as the crown jewel so to speak.

I was wondering who the other buyers were :) You have any extras?

Nobody here is complaining. Alexis has done as much for Magic as anybody. In my mind he's right up there with Bob Flaminio, Ben Bleiweiss andZvi Mowshowitz in his contribution to holding my interest in this game. We're just concerned that the legacy of that work is not being carried forward as well ...

That's exactly why we need at least a couple other moderators who can do this. I'm not sure I would be the best choice since my military obligations will periodically keep me away for weeks, but almost everyone that has posted recently I would trust to activate accounts. Actually that's exactly why ...

Is it possible to either expand the number of people who can approve accounts, or use an automated process such as CAPTCHA to screen out bots? This forum is dying because of how hard it is to get an account.
